- Order Confirmation: Upon the placement of an order, a confirmation email will be dispatched. This communication merely acknowledges receipt of the order and does not serve as a formal acceptance of your purchase request. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
- Payment: Full payment is expected at the time of order via approved payment methods including, but not limited to, major credit cards and bank transfers. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) utilized in connection with any Order.
- Pricing: Prices are listed in our catalogues and websites, and we reserve the right to modify them at any time without prior notification. All prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges unless explicitly indicated.
- Shipping and Delivery: While we strive to maintain our estimated delivery times, they are merely approximations and WT is not liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay.
- Customs and Import Duties: For international shipments, the recipient may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.
- Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns or exchanges within a predetermined timeframe from the date of delivery. All returned products must be in their original state. For the detailed policy, please contact our customer service.
- Warranty: We offer a warranty for our products to cover manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Limitation of Liability: WT’s liability for any and all claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products in question. WT is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your order will be governed by the laws of our principal place of business.
